Social Media – use social media to promote the above activities where appropriate and to engage with stakeholders
Media Liaison – engage with local and national media to promote R&R activities as appropriate
Finance – promote the value of the R&R Lead role with schools, whilst developing income generating activities to ensure the financial self-sustainability of the role by the end of the second year
The role will be a secondment, with the successful applicant released from their employing organisation, with the organisation’s permission, for the equivalent of 2 days per week, during school term time from September 2017 to July 2019. The Recruitment Lead will report to the Director of the Oxfordshire Teaching Schools Alliance, a member of the SSPB.
The SSPB will fund the secondment to cover actual salary and ‘on-costs’ of employer’s National Insurance and Pension contributions up to a maximum of L15 on the Teachers Leadership Group Pay Range. However, please note the secondment is also open to non-teaching staff.
Application is by letter and CV. The letter should address how you meet the person specification for the role. Applicants will also need to confirm that they have the permission of the head of their organisation to apply for the role and to provide that person’s contact details so that we may contact them to ask for a reference.
